Biography

Tatiana Korolenko was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Soviet Union; graduated from Novosibirsk Medical University, was working as biochemist in Central Research Laboratory of Novosibirsk Medical University. After Ph.D. Thesis was working in the Institute of Physiology of Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (Novosibirsk) as a head of laboratory of biochemistry; she was head of researchers of 14 aspirants, working on studies of role of lysosomes in pathology. Studies were presented in international conferences and Congresses; was member of European Group Studing Lysosomes. Author of several chapters in books devoted to Advances in Medicine and Biology (Biological functions of chitinases, role in pathology, comparison between human and mice); one monography devoted to study of lysosomes. Now Prof. Dr. Med.Sci., Korolenko T. is working as a main scientific researcher in the Scientific Research Institute of Neurochemistry and Medicine, Novosibirsk, Russia.
