Biography

He is a chemist and I completed my PhD in biochemistry at Stockholm University, Sweden (1989). In 1998 he moved to the University of Chile, Chile, and since 2021 he has been a full professor. Citations Google Scholar : 25379.

His entire academic career has focused on studying the molecular mechanisms of the degenerative process in dopaminergic neurons. In 2020 I was Ranked in 115825 position of 9071000 scientists (PlosOne in Oct 2020 (PMID: 33064726).
