Md. Hasibul Alam is a psychology graduate and emerging researcher from Bangladesh with interests in mental health, cognitive psychology, and neurological well-being. His work focuses on practical psychological interventions that support emotional and cognitive functioning among older adults and vulnerable populations. He recently conducted a quasi-experimental study examining the impact of daily gratitude practices on negative psychotic symptoms in older adults, where the intervention group demonstrated significant symptom reduction (p = 0.0066). His broader academic interests include memory, emotional regulation, trauma, positive psychology, and applied interventions that contribute to better brain health and psychological resilience.
