Biography

Dr. José Augusto Bragatti, MD, PhD, is a Neurologist and Clinical Neurophysiologist at the Service of Clinical Neurophysiology, Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA), and Professor at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil. He holds a PhD in Medicine/Neurology and specializes in advanced quantitative EEG (qEEG), signal processing (MNE-Python), electrical source imaging (sLORETA), graph theory, and artificial intelligence applications in clinical neurophysiology. Dr. Bragatti has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications focusing on network epilepsies, metabolic encephalopathies, sleep microstructure, and automated decision-support frameworks in neurology.
